After having so much kim-chee and Korean BBQ for several days in Seoul, it was time for us to head back home.

We took the KAL Airport Limousine Bus from the InterContinental Hotel to the Incheon International Airport (ICN). I guess because it was early Sunday morning and there was no traffic on the road, the bus ride took only 30 minutes to the airport.

Once we got our boarding passes for our United Flight #892 and the lounge invitation passes, we went to the Singapore Airlines Silver Kris Lounge (Note: This Singapore Airlines Silver Kris Lounge was closed as of June 10, 2008) to relax.

This United B777-200 XC/XI has a total of 49 seats in the Business Class Cabin. The seat is 20.5 inches wide and the seat pitch is 55 inches.
To Begin: Dill-marinated salmon and prosciutto ham with honey mustard sauce. Fresh seasonal greens with creamy chive or Korean vinaigrette.
Main Course: Pan-seared filet mignon with shiitake mushroom cream sauce with herb Parmesan fingerling potatoes and carrot, zucchini medley.

This filet mignon dish was my least favorite one among all the beef dishes that I had on other United Airlines flighs. Even though the meat was tender but it had no flavor at all.

Other two choices were --

Macadamia nut-crusted chicken with mango lime sauce with herbed rice pilaf and carrot, pumpkin, zucchini medley.

Korean-style baked halibut with hot and spicy sauce with steamed rice and braised baby bok choy

Dessert: White panna cotta
Dessert: International cheese selection -- Danish Blue, Cheddar
Prior To Arrival: Cheese omelette with Mornay sauce with ham steak and oven-roasted tomato

- OR -

Fresh seasonal fruit plate with creamy yogurt

Overall, the flight was quite pleasant and all the flight attendants were friendly, courteous and responsive.
