As we were waiting for our flight, a coach passenger with Star Alliance Gold credentials were denied access to this lounge. He spent several minutes arguing that since he bought his ticket on Singapore Airlines' s web site, he should be allowed access even though the flight was operated by Silk Air. The lounge attendant eventually relented and allowed him access, but this lounge was probably not worth his effort.
