Now, the dinner service started ... Mixed greens salad with French dressing and a variety of rolls and breads were served |

Appetizer: Gravlax and ham pineapple Roll |

There were Western and Korean meals available for passengers to choose from. For Western meal, passengers could have either beef sirloin steak or deep fried saithe fish as main course dish. |

The deep fried saithe fish served with Oriental sauce and accompanied by assorted vegetables. |
|
|
I chose the beef sirloin steak which was served with mushroom sauce and accompanied by potato and vegetables. The beef was cooked perfectly and the meat was very tender. |

For Korean meal, the main course was 'Ssam-Bab' which was a typical Korean dish - steamed rice wrapped with various kinds of vegetables, topped with grilled beef 'Bulgogi' and bean paste. |

Seaweed soup, kim-chee and pickled radish were also served with this dish. |

A selection of cheese and fresh fruits were served afterward. |
|

Of course, who could resist dessert - A piece of Opera cake with vanilla sauce and a cup of coffee was a perfect way to end a meal ! |

During mid-flight, sandwiches, ramen, wonton soup, fresh fruit and Korean laver rice roll were available for passengers to enjoy. |

This type of slanted seat is also called the 'Wedgie Seat'. I personally don't like this kind of seat. |

If the seat is completely slanted flat, while you're sleeping, you can feel that your body tends to slide down. |

Amenities, such as toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion ..., were available in the lavatory |

Before arriving at Los Angeles International Airport, breakfast was served. For starter, fresh fruit and fruit flavored yogurt. Croissant, muffin, danish pastry too. |

For my main course, I had stir fried beef and bamboo shoot with Bulgogi sauce, steamed rice, and vegetables |
