Each visitor is given this badge, but it is collected at the end of the tour. |
The tour starts off with a 3D video inside a small theatre, the video showed a bit of the history of Petronas energy company, and the construction of the towers. |
The video is only a few minutes long, and a security officer then escort the visitors onto the express elevator to the Skybridge level. |
The Skybridge is two levels, and the tour stops at level 41. |
Each group of visitors are only allowed 10 minutes at the Skybridge, but that is plenty of time to view the scenery and take pictures. |
View from the exact center of the Skybridge down toward the park at the base of the towers. |
On the day of our visit, it rained very early in the morning, leaving blue skies with just a few clouds. |
A standard warning sign, but I assume that there is no way to fall off the Skybridge. |
Soon our ten minutes is up, and the next group of visitors got onto the Skybridge while our escort gather us to take the elevator back down. |
The badges are collected as we leave the 41st level, too bad we are not allowed to keep it as souvenir. |
The lobby of the tower. Petronas is the national oil/energy company, and occupies one of the towers. |
I took this shot from inside a taxi on the night of our arrival, it was raining slightly, and I really did not expect this picture to come out at all. |
The twin towers during the day, I thought it is a very good looking design. |
